DealPlexus is an online platform that caters to finance professionals engaged in corporate finance and investment banking activities. This portal helps to bridge the gap between financial deal makers as well as other stakeholders involved in the deal making/execution process. The unique features of this platform will help finance professionals, who are engaged in deal-making, to execute of their transactions.

Registration process has been designed to be extremely simple and quick. A new user who wishes to register just has to enter his/her e-mail ID and full name and mobile number for registering.
A password will be sent to the E-mail ID that was entered at the time of registration. The user can login subsequently using the same E-mail ID as login ID along with the password sent over by e-mail or via OTP.
Those who have LinkedIn IDs can also register through LinkedIn. In this case, the password will be sent to the email ID registered with LinkedIn.

The Deal Facilitation Centre is a unique feature of DealPlexus that will simplify and fasten the deal execution process. A user can go to the Deal Facilitation Centre and choose the deal he is interested in, from the drop-down. Post that, Deal Plexus team will get in touch with the user to expedite the process.

The authenticity of users who register onto the portal is very important to us to ensure that we build a community of professionals having the right profiles, backgrounds and interests. This is very important to establish an environment of trust & transparency, which will help us realize our goal to become the preferred platform for financial deal execution. While the onus to provide the right information on the portal is upto the individual user, we intend to take the following measures to verify the credentials:

star eKYC is done for each and every user who registers on our platform
star Cancellation of registration wherever it is established that wrong information has been provided deliberately by the user

A user first needs to register using their Deal Enabler login credentials. Once registered, the user may click on the "Deals" tab on the menu bar and then click on "Post a Deal". The will open the deal posting page where the user can fill in the details of the transaction. There are certain mandatory fields that need to be necessarily filled up. Once the User has filled all the information, the deal is sent for verification. Once the deal is verified by the Deal Plexus team, the deal will be posted.

Yes. The user can get in touch with the Deal Plexus team to share the updated information. After verifying the information, the deal will be updated.

If the deal is no more available, the user can write to the Deal Plexus team and the team will remove the published deal from Deal Plexus platform.

We have a very easy process.
Register on Deal Plexus website and fill up the membership form on the website and complete the eKYC.

Once you have completed the verification process, Deal Plexus will start showcasing you the deals as per your areas of interest through Mail. Moreover, in the Deal Dashboard, you can look for all the deals and can choose your interest. once you have shown interest in the deal, deal plexus team will get in touch with you or you can email us at support@dealplexus.com. Once you have analysed the deal, you can let us know your preliminary interest. In case you have any queries, you can connect with the team. The team will help in addressing all your questions and clarifying the same. All Due-Diligence will be done by the Deal Plexus team. once the terms are finalized and all the documents are completed, deal plexus team will coordinate to succesfully close the transaction.

You will get a pop-up to complete your e-KYC. Once you have completed the eKYC, our team will get in touch with you to discuss your deal. We will look into various parameters and analyse accordingly.

You need to share the detailed deck covering a brief of your business, team details, what are the problem statements you are trying to solve, value proposition, current traction with proof, amount of funding required, usage of funding, projection plan etc.

You do not need to worry. We will help you prepare the Pitch deck and Business Model, at a nominal fee.
